Buck up your start up at Central: 23-28 January

[title]
One of London’s most dynamic new workhubs is offering an interesting series of early evening events for start up businesses next week

But it should also appeal to those of us who’ve bumbled along relying on dumb luck or the skill of our collaborators to stay in business.

First up on 23 January is Decoded, a company that believes it can teach anyone how to write website code in one day. Decoded will give a concentrated dose of its own medicine to cure your digital illiteracy, starting at 6.30pm. Questions and answers follow.

Wednesday offers virtual food for thought with a presentation from Stuart Eccles that we think boils down to really smart, focused and measured ways to shape your service into something people will really want - and pay for – using data.

Viral co-efficients, cohort metrics and funnels all play a part, and they’ve worked for Eccles – co-founder of leading social media agency Made by Many. Workhubs Network’s dizzy little head is already in a spin.

Thursday offers a real treat with Sunday Times enterprise editor Rachel Bridge on how to start a business with next to no cash. Make this woman chancellor now. Bridge is also author of How to Make a Million Before Lunch.

Members get a discount on the £50 fee for all the evening sessions, including free use of Central services all week. You can also book a ticket for individual events - just follow the links.

If you’re London-based Central is a doddle to get to, just off Tottenham Court Road and a mere couple of minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations.

A reminder that Workhubs Network can help publicise your events. If you've got something really special coming up, let us know and we'll give it space in our news columns too.
